Herbs&Spices

Egyptian Organic Agriculture (EOA) is a producer, supplier and exporter of organic products. EOA works with farms that are distributed all over Egypt from the North to the South allowing us to produce a wide variety of crops such as spices, herbs, cotton vegetables, fruits and rice.

Products
Chamomile Matricaria Chamomilla Use the tea for nerves and menstrual cramps. The tea is also useful for babies and small children with colds and stomach troubles. Also used to calm the body for inducing sleep in insomniac conditions. It is also a good wash for sore eyes and open sores.
Red Pepper(Solanum Papper) The color can be green, red, yellow, orange and, more rarely, white, purple and brown, depending on when they are harvested. Green peppers are unripe bell peppers, while the others are all ripe, with the color variation based on cultivar selection. Because they are unripe, green peppers are less sweet and slightly more bitter than yellow, orange, or red peppers, which all taste similar.
Fennel Foeniculum Vulgare helps to take away the appetite. It is often used as a sedative for small children. It improves digestion, and is very helpful with coughs. It is also used for cancer patients after radiation and chemotherapy treatments. Enriches and increases the flow of milk for lactating women.
